herein after referred to as the web shop - and their customers. Oral subsidiary agreements and deviating purchasing conditions of the customer only apply if they have been confirmed by us in writing.

  • 2 Conclusion of contract

The products displayed in the web shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding catalogue. By clicking on the "Buy" button in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the products in the shopping cart. You will then receive a confirmation email for your order immediately after placing your order, which also contains information on data protection, the legal cancellation policy and the cancellation form. This confirmation e-mail does not yet represent acceptance of the order. The purchase contract is concluded with a separate order confirmation or delivery of the goods.

If a product cannot be delivered due to force majeure or production cessation, or if the web shop cannot procure the ordered goods under reasonable conditions and if these circumstances only occur after the conclusion of the contract, the web shop is released from the delivery obligation. However, this only applies if the web shop is not responsible for the circumstances that lead to non-delivery. In this case, amounts already paid will be refunded to the customer immediately.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The application of UN sales law is excluded.
