TERMS OF SERVICE
- 1 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to the business relationships between the company's web shop

herein after referred to as the web shop - and their customers. Oral subsidiary agreements and deviating purchasing conditions of the customer only apply if they have been confirmed by us in writing.
- 2 Conclusion of contract
The products displayed in the web shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding catalogue. By clicking on the "Buy" button in the final step of the ordering process, you place a binding order for the products in the shopping cart. You will then receive a confirmation email for your order immediately after placing your order, which also contains information on data protection, the legal cancellation policy and the cancellation form. This confirmation e-mail does not yet represent acceptance of the order. The purchase contract is concluded with a separate order confirmation or delivery of the goods.
If a product cannot be delivered due to force majeure or production cessation, or if the web shop cannot procure the ordered goods under reasonable conditions and if these circumstances only occur after the conclusion of the contract, the web shop is released from the delivery obligation. However, this only applies if the web shop is not responsible for the circumstances that lead to non-delivery. In this case, amounts already paid will be refunded to the customer immediately.
- How to order
By pressing the "Buy" button in the web shop, the desired products are placed in the shopping cart. You can display the products in the shopping cart and the respective shipping costs and sales tax by clicking on the shopping cart link (small shopping cart symbol, top right on the web shop page) and also change the number of products ordered there.
By clicking on the "Checkout" button, the customer now arrives at the input page for the customer data that is important for the ordering process.
After entering the required customer data, the customer gets to the shipping settings by clicking on the "Continue to shipping" button. The customer can now choose from various shipping options and click on the "Continue to payment" button to access the payment options. The customer can now choose from various payment options and change the billing address. By clicking the "Buy" button, the customer then places a binding order for the products in the shopping cart with the shipping and payment options he has selected. The web shop will confirm receipt of the order by email.
The payment of the purchase price, shipping costs and statutory sales tax is due immediately.
- 4 Defects and Warranty
The information - in particular on the prices and illustrations of the products in the web shop - does not represent a guarantee of properties.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, your warranty claims are based on the statutory provisions of sales law (§§ 433 ff. BGB).
If the customer demands compensation, we are only liable for damage to the ordered products. Claims for damages beyond this are excluded, unless they are claims for damages by the customer resulting from injury to life, limb, health or from the breach of essential contractual obligations and for damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the web shop and/or vicarious agents , acts. The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
- 5 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
- 6 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The application of UN sales law is excluded. For customers who have their permanent place of residence outside the European Union, the exclusive place of jurisdiction and place of fulfillment is our place of business in Berlin. This also applies to merchants and public corporations. In the case of contracts with customers from other EU countries, the law at the end consumer's place of residence is also applicable, provided that mandatory legal provisions are involved.
